Our Process
Getting Started: Begin with a phone call to discuss project details and provide ballpark estimates. Schedule a site visit if interested.
Site Visit: Our manager visits the site to walk through, measure, photograph, and discuss the project. We issue a formal bid within 24 hours. Address any issues like engineering assessments.
Acceptance and Planning : Upon accepting our bid, we create a timeline with start and completion dates. Discuss agreement on terms, insurance, site access, staging areas, working hour restrictions, handling permits, site preparation, utilities shut-off, and identifying items to recover.
Arrival: Onsite, isolate the demolition area with plastic masking and cardboard pathways. Mask or remove remaining items. Post necessary permits.
Staging: Stage waste containers and move equipment and supplies to the site.
Work Begins: Demolition starts with a focus on safety and cleanliness. A limited remodel will be dust-free; a complete teardown will be construction clean. Insulation is bagged and hauled away. Continuously sweep the work site and remove trash.
Progress and Communication: Document and communicate progress daily. Keep you updated on the project status.
Completion: Thoroughly clean the site, including extensive vacuuming. Conduct a walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.
